This was my first experience having my ears professionally cleaned, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Very simple process, everything was explained to me and my ears feel great. No more fullness or trouble equalising. Will visit annually for a followup. Thank you.

Great place. The staff were friendly, professional, and clearly explained what they were doing. They did a fantastic job cleaning my ears. I was in and out very quickly. Totally worth the money.

I had my doubts about travelling quite a way and spending money when I could have a free water jet ear cleaning locally. However the service widely exceeded expectations. The staff at the Como clinic are friendly, efficient and professional. I learnt more about ear maintenance than I have from numerous GPs and audiologists in the past. I will be going back on a six monthly basis. I think the nurse that dealt with my problem was Susannah but on the way in I was deaf in one ear, the other ear was not much better and my hearing aids were making odd noises so I was not hearing properly. I left with hearing restored and my hearing aids were working like new.

I had a blocked ear for months and decided to try Earworx. I was a bit anxious but Desiree was very kind, calm and patient. The microsuction is a very nice gentle procedure and I was so relieved when both my ears were cleaned and I can now hear perfectly. Very professional, highly recommended. Thank you!

The team was very friendly and my ear inspection and cleaning was done by Susannah , she was very friendly and made me comfortable thoroughout the process.Will definitely recommend them 110% over any other ear clinics.

I feel obligated to post simply because I am so happy with the service and outcome. I have had problematic ear wax issues for 30 yrs and always went to my GP. I have had several drama’s and severe discomfort with the usual form of irrigation. Using the suction method at earworx was brilliant. The practitioner had way more knowledge than any GP in the past and her skill and gentle approach caused me to have very little discomfort. I would highly recommend them. I cannot understate the fact that I am genuinely impressed.

Earworx was a great experience for me. It was the first time I'd had my ears cleaned. It was painless and Susannah was so friendly and informative. I will be going again as a preventative measure from now on. Highly recommend.
