This was my first experience having my ears professionally cleaned, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Very simple process, everything was explained to me and my ears feel great. No more fullness or trouble equalising. Will visit annually for a followup. Thank you.

I travelled 400 kms to Earworx on the assumption that my ears may have been full of wax and this was the reason my hearing was not good. They were indeed and Desiree did a fabulous job of clearing my ears of a substantial amount of hard old wax and now I can hear wonderfully again which is important as I am a piano teacher and composer. She went over and above in fact coming in early the next morning so as she could get my right ear cleared so as I could return to my home that day. I am a very happy client who will be recommending Earworx in Wembley to all and sundry.

I had my doubts about travelling quite a way and spending money when I could have a free water jet ear cleaning locally. However the service widely exceeded expectations. The staff at the Como clinic are friendly, efficient and professional. I learnt more about ear maintenance than I have from numerous GPs and audiologists in the past. I will be going back on a six monthly basis. I think the nurse that dealt with my problem was Susannah but on the way in I was deaf in one ear, the other ear was not much better and my hearing aids were making odd noises so I was not hearing properly. I left with hearing restored and my hearing aids were working like new.
