I travelled 400 kms to Earworx on the assumption that my ears may have been full of wax and this was the reason my hearing was not good. They were indeed and Desiree did a fabulous job of clearing my ears of a substantial amount of hard old wax and now I can hear wonderfully again which is important as I am a piano teacher and composer. She went over and above in fact coming in early the next morning so as she could get my right ear cleared so as I could return to my home that day. I am a very happy client who will be recommending Earworx in Wembley to all and sundry.

Earworx were on time, friendly, very efficient and effective.A very pleasant experience.I’ve had ear syringing done to remove wax which hurt. There was no pain or discomfort with Earworx.Recommended!!!!

I can clearly see why their full ratings are high. 10/10 recommended. I had booked my appointment at the other centre as well but I’m so glad that I chose Earworx instead of the other one. My nurse was so much patient and professional. My second visit this morning was worth it. So much thankful for what she did for me today :) god bless

Very pleasant explained procedure clearly and cleaned both ears in approx 15 mins as one required the wax to be softenedExplained reason for wax build up and measures to proactively reduce build upSuzanne was Very professional and after many years of the “water” treatment would highly recommend

Attended Earworx today after finding out my ears were too full to make an accurate impression for custom ear plugs. I called, made a same day appointment in Wembley and arrived almost an hour early to fill paperwork. Adele very kindly delayed her lunch and cleaned my very dirty ears gently and swiftly. It's a strange feeling procedure and a little loud but painless and the results are amazing. Thanks Adele I really appreciate what you did for me today.
